The venue was in a central location close to Great Yarmouth, The Broads, Lowestoft, the local pubs / restaurants and the garden at 7a.m . We loved being there and would definitely book here again.
Some people working there were chatty.

Half amazing, half disappointing
The warm welcome with tea and cake, alongside a beautiful garden view. The breakfast options were abundant and freshly prepared!
Unfortunately, the low water pressure in the shower detracted from my comfort,, and the small television made it challenging to enjoy a show from across the room.

Had a fantastic stay with a super comfy bed and delicious cupcakes waiting for us on arrival. The cozy garden area and lovely sun terrace were perfect for relaxation. If I'm being picky, I would have liked a fridge in the room, but they kindly helped out with that! 🌞

Super comfy room with a beautiful garden view. Everything was spotlessly clean, and it seemed like a cozy retreat. The little kitchenette was such a bonus, especially for family stays. Breakfast was delicious, with tons of options. The hosts, John and Suzanne, were super helpful with local tips! My only small issue was the low water pressure in the shower, but it didn't ruin my stay at all.

Breakfast was amazing, with a great choice of freshly cooked dishes, perfect for our family with two kids. The owners were very friendly too.
For dads, it would be great to have a few more activities for the kids around, especially on rainy days.
